Kelli Steele, Marketing Communications Officer for the Marketing section of the Delaware Department of Agriculture. Prior to joining DDA, Kelli spent six years as Governor Ruth Ann Minner's Communications Assistant working diligently with the media to promote the Minner Administration's agenda. She also has extensive experience as a Radio-News Broadcaster, writing and delivering new to radio listeners. Lisa R Falconetti, Agricultural Marketing Specialist, graduated from Oswego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.  She spent one year in New York as a Marketing Assistant before transferring to Dover, Delaware where she became the Marketing Assistant for Dover Downs Gaming and Entertainment, Inc.  After a year she was promoted to Direct Marketing Manager.  Lisa served in this capacity for several years before taking time off to raise her family.  She recently returned to the workforce as a Marketing Specialist for the Delaware Department of Agriculture. JoAnn Walston, Agricultural Marketing Specialist, joined the Delaware Department of Agriculture in July 2007 as a Marketing Specialist. Jo-Ann has been a resident of Delaware since June 2000.  She is a graduate of Thames Valley State Technical College in Connecticut with an Associates Degree in Chemical Engineering.  Prior to joining the DDA Jo-Ann worked for the Delaware Economic Development Office as their Marketing Coordinator.  Jo-Ann was responsible for administrating the direct, matching and co-op advertising grant programs, group tour business for the tourism office and event management. Celene Walton, Marketing Administrative Specialist II for the Marketing section of the Delaware Department of Agriculture. Celene brings forth more than fifteen years of administrative experience. Prior to joining the DDA staff she worked for the Commissioner’s Unit of Kent County Family Court, and the Kent County Planning Services/Inspection office.
