Our Mission
The Delaware Department of Agriculture's (DDA's) new Marketing Team is dedicated to enhance the economic viability and growth of agriculture in Delaware by promoting and advertising the competitive features and advantages of Delaware agricultural products through local, regional, national and international accounts, cooperatives, trade shows, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, processors, manufacturers, state institutions and other partnerships.
Our Services
The new Marketing Team has developed the first "branded program" in Delaware history to provide Delaware farmers with a way to identify their produce and vegetables which are Grown with Care in Delaware. This branded program provides a guarantee of freshness since products are supplied to supermarkets within 48 hours of being picked from the farm. This offers an advantage to the consumer, and identity to the produce and vegetables are fresh and locally grown. This seal of freshness should add value to every dollar spent by the consumer.
Look for of Grown Fresh with Care in Delaware logo in your local supermarkets, farmers' markets, and other grocers.
